Dacă ilustrăm un haiku, de ce n-am ilustra şi o renga? După ce ideea mi-a alungat somnul, am hotărât să o pun în aplicare. Comunitatea de fotografi de pe grupul FotoHaiku (facebook) a răspuns cu implicare solicitării de a organiza un concurs de fotografie la renga. Din multitudinea de poze primite am ales ce mi s-a părut că se potriveşte cel mai bine sensului fiecăreia dintre cele 20 de strofe ale poemului renga ales spre ilustrare. Rezultatul îl vedeţi în albumul alăturat. Pe primele pagini veţi găsi toate detaliile despre renga precum şi numele fotografilor câştigători.

If we can illustrate a haiku, why not illustrate a whole renga? After this idea chased my sleep away, I decided to realize it. The photographers – community on the FotoHaiku group (facebook) promptly answered my request to organize a renga photography contest. From the many photos I received, I selected those which I thought best fit the meaning of each of the 20 stanzas of the renga poem. You can see the result in the here enclosed album. On the first pages you will find all details about this renga and the names of the photographers who won the competition.
